Qualifications

• 3+ years of scripting or data analysis using SQL, Python to derive insights.
• 3+ years in proactive threat investigations of account, content, or behavioral abuse.
• 3+ years with investigation techniques/tools and evidence handling across data sets.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent technical experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead root-cause investigations into complex, coordinated scam campaigns.
• Serve as incident commander for major scam-related incidents and coordinate responses.
• Author detection rules and data pipelines tuned to scam patterns.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data Science, Legal and Policy to align priorities.
• Mentor other investigators, sharing technical capabilities and best practices.
