Job summary

Foster Farms in the United States is seeking a qualified driver to operate a variety of trucks and trailers to deliver live poultry to processing plants, perform pickups, and ensure on-time deliveries.

You will complete pre- and post-trip inspections, submit accurate logs and trip sheets, disinfect equipment, and assist with other duties; overtime, weekends, holidays and shifts with varying start/end times are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class A driver's license.
• Must have a valid medical card.
• Must have an acceptable DMV record.
• Be able to pass drug and alcohol screening.
• One or more years' experience driving trucks preferred.
• Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, holidays and shifts with variable starting and ending times when needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a variety of trucks/trailers to deliver live poultry to processing plants.
• Pre and post-trip inspections of assigned vehicles.
• Submit accurate driver logs, drivers' logs & trip sheets; wash and disinfect equipment daily.
• Disinfect entering and exiting ranches as needed, and other duties as assigned.
