Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and manage program operations in line with grant objectives.
• Coordinate recruitment, eligibility, enrollment, and student support services.
• Oversee budget documentation and administrative tasks; final fiscal authority rests with the Executive Director.
• Coordinate summer programming and academic services.
• Ensure compliance with TRIO requirements and reporting.
