Job summary

Innovative Installations in Tempe seeks an experienced installer to work on large-scale commercial projects across the Southwest. Travel is required Mon–Fri, with crews of 2–4 on site and steady year-round work in stadiums, arenas, airports, and hotels.

Starting pay is $21–$24 per hour with overtime, per diem, and a full benefits package including health, dental, vision, life, and a 401(k) match. If you read drawings, use hand and power tools, and can lead a crew, apply today.

Qualifications

• Construction or trade experience is required. Commercial kitchen experience is not — that part we'll teach you.
• 3+ years in a finish trade — kitchen equipment, walk-in refrigeration, millwork and cabinetry, casework and fixtures, booth and seating, stainless, or commercial remodels.
• You've led a crew or been the one everybody asks. Clean driving record.
• HS diploma, GED, or equivalent military or practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Installations across stadiums, arenas, airports, hospitals, hotels, and schools.
• Work on hoods, flashing, walk-in panel systems, and stainless finishes.
• Read drawings and use hand/power tools on site.
• Lead crews on projects and ensure safety and quality on schedule.
