Job summary

Kelvin Group Corp is seeking a Refrigeration Installation Foreman/Supervisor to lead commercial refrigeration installation projects, supervise crews, and ensure safety, quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction.

This position requires up to 100% travel throughout the service region; 7+ years of experience, EPA 608 Universal Certification, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid driver's license. Leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise refrigeration installation crews.
• Plan and assign daily work.

• Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Ensure code compliance and quality.
• Train and mentor technicians.
• Maintain documentation.
• Communicate with customers and project managers.
• Support startup and commissioning.
• Promote teamwork and accountability.
• Enforce OSHA and company safety policies.
