HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, seeks a Chemical Cleaning Supervisor to lead multiple crews at customer locations across the region. The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and on-site coordination to meet client requirements while ensuring equipment readiness.

Travel is up to 90% within the region. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in industrial cleaning with supervisory experience, RCRA certificates, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in industrial cleaning; supervisory exp preferred.
• RCRA certificates or equivalent required.
• Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel/Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Supervise two or more crews and coordinate daily operations.
• Plan, lead, and organize job sites ensuring safety and client requirements.
• Inspect equipment and ensure readiness and maintenance.
• Complete documentation and service receipts in a timely manner.
• Train Technicians and Operators on equipment operation and processes.
• Communicate job status and client requirements to management.
