HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking a Chemical Cleaning Project Manager (Industrial Services) to lead operations at a customer site in Reserve, LA. You will supervise crews, plan, coordinate, and ensure compliance with safety policies while driving efficiency and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in industrial cleaning, PM experience, and CDL with endorsements. We offer competitive wages, health benefits after 30 days, 401K with match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in the industrial cleaning industry with project management and supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of operating equipment used in service line.
• Ability to read and interpret English language materials.
• CDL with endorsements is preferred.
• High school diploma or GED or greater and/or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct crews to complete job duties per client requirements and company policies.
• Ensure overall safety, quality, and success of the assigned project.
• Coordinate equipment readiness and operation, and review safety paperwork (JSAs).
• Communicate updates with clients and ensure timely documentation.
• Train Supervisors, Technicians and Operators on job processes and paperwork.
