• Oversee passenger, carry-on baggage, and checked baggage screening operations.
• Assign work, set priorities, and coordinate staff rotations and coverage.
• Make security-based decisions using TSA procedures and information.
• Review performance and provide coaching and feedback.
• Coordinate with airport stakeholders and TSA leadership as needed.
• Prepare briefings, logs, and incident reports.
• Suggest improvements to screening procedures and staffing plans.
