Job summary

CDM Smith is seeking a qualified professional to perform traffic revenue and demand modeling for toll agencies in the North Region. The role may serve as Project Technical Leader, guiding studies from sketch to investment-grade level and ensuring technical accuracy across the project.

You will analyze large data sets, manage tasks, and mentor junior staff while coordinating with clients to deliver high-quality results. Domestic/international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Civil Engineering or related field with 9–10 years experience.
• Certifications such as AICP, PTP, PE, CEP or equivalent preferred.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Perform traffic revenue and demand modeling for toll agencies.
• Lead or contribute as project technical leader for modeling projects.
• Conduct advanced data analysis on large datasets for planning studies.
• Manage tasks, QA/QC, and coordinate project technical content with clients.
• Mentor junior staff and provide thorough editing of deliverables.
