Responsibilities

• Design and analyze freeways, highways, and roadways.
• Prepare studies, reports, and cost estimates for transportation projects.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to complete projects.
• Lead a project team for design and constructability of water systems.
• Conduct meetings with project stakeholders.
• Share resources with office management and other project managers.
• Assist in proposal preparation and project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Interface with clients, including state and local agencies.
• Investigate and solve engineering and construction-related issues.
• Approve proposals, contracts, or cost estimates.
