Blue Palms Health and Rehabilitation Center at Fletcher is seeking a reliable Transportation Driver to join our team as Lead Transportation Driver, ensuring the safe and timely transportation of clients and goods.

You will load and unload, perform safety checks, plan routes, assist passengers with disabilities, and maintain a clean vehicle while upholding a professional, compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of driving experience.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport clients to their destinations in a timely manner
• Load and unload goods onto vehicles
• Check vehicle for mechanical and safety issues before and after each trip
• Follow traffic laws and maintain a safe driving record
• Provide excellent customer service and assist passengers with disabilities, if needed
• Plan routes and maintain navigation systems
• Maintain a clean and organized vehicle
