Job summary

Lucas Tree Experts in Vermont is seeking a Utility Line Clearance Supervisor - Transmission to join our management team. The role requires strong supervisory skills and the ability to oversee multiple tree-work projects for utility and private customers, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time completion.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in the tree industry or supervisory experience, with proven leadership, scheduling, and customer service capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in tree industry or supervisory experience.
• Strong management, organizational, and people skills.
• Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license in good standing; ability to travel.
• Able to work outdoors in various weather.
• Willing to obtain licenses/certifications (Pesticide, Arborist, CDL, CTSP).
• Background and drug screen, plus motor vehicle check.
