ExecuPOWER is seeking a Transmission Line Project Engineer to lead technical execution from concept through construction. This remote or hybrid position offers ownership of design packages, routing decisions, and client coordination with utility stakeholders.

You will perform PLS-CADD modeling, drive design choices, and mentor junior engineers while working in a remote-first environment with direct client exposure and program leadership responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of transmission line design and project engineering experience
• Strong leadership and client coordination abilities
• Excellent communication with utility stakeholders and cross-functional teams

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end design for complex transmission projects (69kV–500kV).
• Direct client coordination and engineering reviews.
• Oversee modeling, routing, sag‑tension analysis, and constructability reviews.
