Qualifications

• Completed four-year apprenticeship recognized by State Apprenticeship Council.
• Journeyman lineman with >=5 years experience in utility operations.
• Ability to train and orient crew personnel in maintenance and construction.

Responsibilities

• Plan daily, weekly, monthly, and annual work activities with proper staffing and tools.
• Provide clear directions to crewmembers to ensure tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
• Lead, coordinate, and train crew in accordance with safety rules and labor agreements.
• Promote safe working conditions and enforce use of PPE, reporting infractions to management.
• Coordinate activities and capital projects with Operations and other departments as needed.
• Maintain good housekeeping on all equipment and sites and perform switching on power delivery system.
