The City of Falls Church is seeking a Senior Crew Leader – Traffic Supervisor to guide skilled technicians in installing, repairing, and maintaining traffic signals and related ITS equipment. You’ll lead field operations, manage safety, and train staff while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

Qualified candidates have seven years of ITS field experience, supervisory skills, and relevant IMSA/VDOT certifications.

Qualifications

• Seven years' experience in ITS equipment maintenance and repair.
• VDOT Intermediate Work Zone Certification.
• IMSA Traffic Signal Technician Level I or IMSA Roadway Lighting certifications.
• Willingness to work outdoors in adverse weather.

Responsabilités

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of ITS equipment and traffic signals.
• Lead and train Traffic Workers in field activities.
• Coordinate with Traffic Operations Technicians, contractors and City staff to meet schedules.
• Generate reports on expense, manpower, and equipment time.
