Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in New Jersey is seeking a Lead Analyst, Traceability and Labeling Controls to support Serialization, Traceability and GS1 standards. Based in NJ (New Brunswick, Raritan, or Titusville) you will lead scoping, planning, and execution for regulatory and customer requirements.

You will partner with cross-functional teams worldwide, lead dashboards, UAT/SIT, and drive data quality, digital strategies, and performance metrics while guiding analysts. Travel ~20% expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience; supply chain experience preferred.
• Experience leading large cross-functional projects (3+ years).
• Experience connecting to and extracting data from APIs; data analytics and visualization tools required.
• Knowledge of Serialization or GS1; ability to drive business metrics.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional supply chain; matrix leadership.
• Travel approximately 20% (domestic or international).

Responsibilities

• Lead base business team and manage contract resources and staff.
• Scope regulatory and customer requirements and translate into actionable steps.
• Collaborate with TL&C, vendors, technology teams, and stakeholders.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, supply chain partners, and internal functions.
• Own dashboards for base business performance and operations.
• Lead projects within timelines and budgets across geographies.
• Improve data quality and enable digital strategies for customers.
• Support new product introductions and process changes with requirements.
• Define system connectivity requirements and work with tech partners.
• Lead UAT/SIT for deployments and dashboards.
• Develop metrics, track issues, and communicate timelines.
