Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5+ years of supply chain experience.
• 3+ years in large cross-functional projects.
• Tech experience preferred.
• Supply chain certification.
• Experience writing SOPs using good documentation practices.
• Ability to synthesize large quantities of process/technical information and communicate recommendations.
• Proven understanding of Serialization or GS1.
• Ability to build and drive progression of business metrics.
• Ability to work in a cross-functional global supply chain.
• Ability to lead and influence in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead base business team including contract resources and J&J associates.
• Lead scoping for new/updated regulatory and customer requirements.
• Collaborate with TLC team, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Serve as primary contact for customers and supply chain partners.
• Own and maintain dashboards to manage base business performance.
• Lead and execute projects within timelines and budgets.
• Partner with leadership to improve data quality and digital strategies.
• Support customers during new product introductions and process changes.
• Define and assess business requirements for system-to-system connectivity.
• Troubleshoot system operations and guide user community.
• Lead UAT/SIT for system deployments and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain metrics, track issues, and communicate timelines.
• Contribute to SOPs and training materials for GS1 standards and TLC capabilities.
