Job summary

Integer Holdings Corporation is seeking a skilled Toolmaker to join our tool room. You will study CAD specifications, operate CNC mills and EDM equipment, and construct tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures to tight tolerances.

You will lead projects, mentor technicians, and drive continuous improvement in tooling quality and efficiency. The role emphasizes strong leadership, blueprint reading, and hands-on expertise with master-level NIMS standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–10 years of related experience.
• Journeyman certification or paperwork may be required.
• Technical education preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Adheres to values and safety, regulatory and quality requirements.
• Studies specifications from CAD models, blueprints, or tool descriptions.
• Operates tool room equipment including CNC mills and EDMs.
• Troubleshoots and repairs tooling; plans and constructs fixtures.
• Demonstrates mastery and mentors others in tooling processes.
• Requests supplies and reports equipment issues.
