Job summary

The ideal candidate will have an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), 5+ years in tooling engineering and experience leading a team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Tool & Die Engineer experience.
• 2+ years in a leadership role preferred.
• Associate Degree in Tool and Die Technology or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain spare parts lists for tooling quotations and technical manuals.
• Evaluate current methods and procedures and recommend process improvements within the area.
• Oversee assigned staff, providing guidance and support in resolving routine issues.
