Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a passionate Lead Toddlers Teacher to create a safe, nurturing classroom where children learn, play, and grow using our LEAP curriculum.

You will develop engaging activities, build strong relationships with families, and support children's academic and emotional growth. This role includes opportunities for professional advancement and a commitment to high-quality early education.

Qualifications

  • One year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months (required).
  • Associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required).
  • There are applicable state licensing requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

  • Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
  • Implement the LEAP curriculum using engaging characters.
  • Build relationships with families and colleagues to support a dynamic learning environment.
  • Communicate regularly with parents about children's progress via apps and personal conversations.

As a Lead Toddlers Teacher, you will:


  • Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.

  • Implement our proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using our fun and engaging characters, making TLE a place where learning is fun!

  • Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.

  • Communicate regularly with parents, sharing their children's latest adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.



Do You:


  • Have a genuine passion for the education and care of children?

  • Have one year of professional teaching experience (preferred) or six months of professional teaching experience (required)?

  • Have an associate degree or higher in ECE or related degree (preferred) or High school diploma/GED (required)?
