Job summary

The Learning Experience in Michigan is seeking a Lead Toddlers Teacher to nurture curious learners in a safe, engaging environment where every day supports growth. You will implement our proprietary LEAP curriculum with engaging characters, build strong relationships with families and staff, and communicate progress via apps and discussions.

This position values experience (1 year preferred or 6 months required), an ECE-related degree (associate or higher preferred), and offers robust benefits

• One year of professional teaching experience preferred or six months required.
• Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred or HS diploma required.
• Must be able to create a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment.

As a Lead Toddlers Teacher, you will:

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
