Babilou Family US, part of a global network, seeks a Lead Certified Teacher for its Little Sprouts centers in Boston. You will lead curriculum design, mentor staff, and model sustainable education practices to support children’s curiosity and wellbeing.

This full‑time onsite role runs year‑round with schedule 7:00 AM–6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. You will partner with families and apply HONOR values—Humility, Open-Mindedness, Nurture, Ownership, and Recognition—to create a safe, inclusive, engaging

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active certification as required by state licensing.
• Experience teaching young children in a childcare or educational setting.
• Knowledge of child development, curriculum design, and classroom safety standards.
• Ability to lead classroom operations and mentor support staff.

Mansioni

• Design and implement daily lesson plans aligned with developmentally appropriate practice and sustainable education principles.
• Lead classroom organization and routines promoting environmental responsibility.
• Supervise school staff, including hiring, training, and coaching.
