Job summary

Learning Care Group, Inc. is seeking a Lead Teacher to inspire preschool learners and guide fellow educators. You will create engaging activities, manage daily routines, and implement curriculum while upholding licensing guidelines.

Strong communication with families will support each child’s achievement and the center’s success. Applicants should be energetic, dependable, and capable of working indoors or outdoors with children, and must be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for the childcare center.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.

Responsibilities

• Create fun, interactive learning experiences while mentoring fellow teachers.
• Care for preschool children and promote social, physical, and intellectual growth.
• Lead classroom management and curriculum implementation, and ensure adherence to licensing guidelines and company standards.
• Communicate with enrolled and prospective families to promote child achievement and center success.
