Job summary

Learning Care is hiring a Lead Teacher in Kentwood, Michigan. This role focuses on creating engaging learning experiences, mentoring fellow teachers, and leading classroom management in a licensed early childhood setting.

You will partner with families to support children's social, physical, and intellectual growth, while upholding center standards and state requirements. Learn, grow, and contribute to a warm, inclusive classroom community.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans.
• Ability to meet state education requirements for childcare centers.
• Ability to work indoors or outdoors and engage in physical activity with children.
