Child Development Schools is seeking a Lead Teacher to guide toddlers and school-age students in a caring, structured setting. You will plan engaging lessons, document child development, and maintain a safe, organized classroom that meets licensing standards.

Qualifikationen

• Must be 18+ and have a high school diploma or GED.
• Background check must be passable.
• Complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of hire.

Aufgaben

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons for Toddler or School Age classrooms.
• Keep the classroom safe, organized, and compliant with licensing and ratio requirements.
• Observe and document each child's development and share progress with families.
• Build relationships with parents through daily communication and conferences.
• Complete required documentation including attendance, incident reports, and assessments.
