The Goddard School of Skippack seeks an experienced Lead Toddler Teacher to create a warm, caring classroom where toddlers feel safe, loved, and eager to explore. You’ll guide development across language, social, emotional, physical, and cognitive areas while partnering with families for each child’s growth.
This PA-based role requires a CDA credential or higher in Early Childhood Education, with toddler classroom leadership experience.
Not every preschool is the same. And neither is every teaching job.
Toddlers are extraordinary.
One day they're taking their first wobbly steps. The next they're proudly insisting, "I do it myself!" They're discovering language, learning empathy, building confidence, and experiencing the world with endless curiosity.
Those moments deserve a teacher who sees the magic in them.
At The Goddard School of Skippack, we believe children deserve teachers who love coming to work each day. That starts by creating a workplace where teachers feel respected, supported, appreciated, and empowered to do what they do best—help young children discover who they are.
We're looking for an experienced Lead Toddler Teacher who brings warmth, patience, creativity, and genuine joy into the classroom every day.
We hire differently.
We hire for character, warmth, curiosity, and coachability. Skills can be developed, but attitude, integrity, and a genuine love for children are what build exceptional early educators.
If that describes you, we'd love to meet you.
As the Lead Toddler Teacher, you’ll create and lead a classroom where children feel safe, loved, confident, and excited to explore the world around them.
We’re proud of the culture we’ve built. Our teachers aren’t just employees. They’re professionals making an incredible difference every single day.
We believe in coaching instead of criticizing. Teamwork instead of workplace drama. Support instead of micromanagement. Growth instead of perfection.
You’ll work alongside leaders who are approachable, coworkers who genuinely care about one another, and families who trust us with what matters most. When our teachers succeed, our children thrive.
This position is for a Lead Teacher. All applicants must meet Pennsylvania Lead Teacher qualifications.
The first three years of life are among the most important in a child’s development. This is when confidence begins. Language explodes. Friendships form. Independence grows. Children discover that the world is exciting and that they are capable of amazing things.
That’s the work you’ll be part of every day. So if you’re looking for a school where children are truly known, families are genuinely valued, and teachers are respected, appreciated, and supported, we’d love to meet you.
Come help shape the earliest and some of the most important chapters of a child’s life.
