Job summary

The Goddard School seeks a dedicated teacher to coordinate daily activities in a dynamic early childhood setting. You will plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children, while fostering a safe, engaging environment.

Build strong relationships with children and families, delivering high-quality customer service. Ideal candidates have an Associate or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education, with CDA preferred and 1–2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred.
• Child Development Associate (CDA) preferred.
• 1–2 years of previous experience preferred.
• Has successfully completed state-required pre-service training.
• Meets background check eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present, and evaluate educational and recreational activities for children.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
• Maintain classroom safety and adherence to ratios.
