Cadence Education is hiring a Lead Toddler Teacher in Walpole, MA to foster a warm, inclusive classroom for toddlers. You will lead curriculum delivery, ensure safety, and communicate with families daily while partnering with the School Director to support each child’s growth and development.

The role requires engaging with licensed standards, planning developmentally appropriate activities, and coordinating with teams for a supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive classroom environment for every child.
• Build positive, professional relationships with children and families.
• Recognize and respond to diverse developmental, behavioral, cultural, and learning needs, including IEPs.
• Plan, implement, and document developmentally appropriate curriculum.
• Use Cadence-required systems to communicate professionally with families and leadership.
• Maintain a safe and well-supervised classroom per policy and licensing.
• Document and report accidents, incidents, and escalated behaviors.
• Follow Cadence Education policies, procedures, and standards.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and professional development.
