Job summary

The Learning Experience is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher in Alpharetta, GA. Join a team dedicated to helping toddlers learn through play, growth, and a nurturing environment. You will implement the LEAP Curriculum and collaborate with families to support each child’s development.

Qualifications

Minimum one year of professional teaching experience preferred, or at least six months required.
Associate degree or higher in ECE or related field preferred; HS diploma/GED accepted if required.
Strong communication with families and collaborative with team.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming, engaging classroom space for children to learn, play and grow.
Use growth mindset to develop young minds and inspire a love of learning.
Implement our L.E.A.P. Curriculum®, adapting to infants, toddlers, or preschoolers as appropriate.
Maintain a safe, nurturing environment where children can explore and learn.
Regularly communicate with parents about children’s progress via app and in person.
Support center goals around enrollment and engagement with staff and leadership.
Build positive relationships with families and coworkers to foster a playful learning culture.
