Job summary

The Goddard School Malvern is seeking a Lead Teacher for Toddler 2½–3 year olds. You will coordinate daily class activities, plan engaging early childhood lessons, and partner with parents to support each child’s development.

Requirements include 1–3 years of experience, a high school diploma (associate or bachelor’s in ECE preferred), and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. We offer a supportive, growth-focused environment with no nights or weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of previous experience preferred.
• High school diploma required.
• Shows empathy and compassion for young children.
• Dependable with attendance and adaptable, works well in a team.
• Associate or BA in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• CDA preferred if no 2- or 4-year degree.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs when assisting children.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily operations of assigned classes.
• Plan, present and evaluate educational and recreational activities.
• Work directly with children and parents daily to provide quality customer service.
