Job summary

The Guild of St. Agnes is seeking an EEC certified Lead Toddler Teacher at our Webster location. This leadership role guides the classroom environment, coordinates staff, and ensures a high-quality early childhood program within agency guidelines.

• Lead Teacher qualified through EEC (Massachusetts)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
• Knowledge of EEC regulations and child development principles
• Ability to lead, coordinate and make decisions in a team setting

Responsibilities

• Supervise teaching staff in daily classroom operations
• Maintain appropriate child/teacher ratios per EEC regulations
• Write annual staff performance reviews and conduct observations
• Plan and develop developmentally appropriate curriculum with agency guidelines
• Ensure safety and well-being of children at all times
• Collaborate with parents/guardians and Center Director on child progress
