Lookin for A Toddler Lead Teacher. Excellent opportunity for new teachers. nice small group. Salary is $55,000 a year for study plan candidates with a Bachelors degree. Certified candidates are $80,000 a year. Includes full benefits and accrued vacation/ sick leave after a 3 month probation. 7.5 hour shifts. This is a full-time, year round position.

As for the PKA Assistant Teacher position, ideal candidate must have an Associates degree in Education or a related field. Experience with young children is preferred. Includes full benefits and accrued vacation/ sick leave after a 3 month probation. 7.5 hour shifts. This is a full-time, year round position.

Responsibilities

As an organization with an NYCDOE contract, the teacher candidate must be able to create lesson plans, complete observations, and assessments through Teaching Strategies Gold and implement the Creative Curriculum. We comply with all NYCDOE and NYCDOHMH standards/ requirements.

As for the Assistant teacher position, the candidate must be a team player who loves working with children and can assist in maintaining the curriculum with the lead teacher. All staff take part in Teaching Strategies Gold implementation and documentation. We comply with all NYCDOE and NYCDOHMH standards/ requirements.

Qualifications

All staff must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must work well with others and be professional. Must be a team player and be able to work flexible shifts, as required.
