Creative Child Learning Center, part of Endeavor Schools, is hiring a Lead Toddler Teacher. You will develop age-appropriate curriculum, plan engaging activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development, and document student progress.

Qualifications

• The most important quality is love for working with children.
• Minimum state standards and/or accreditation requirements may apply.
• High School Diploma or GED required; CDA preferred or CDA certification helpful.

Are You Qualified?

Whether or not you have experience working in schools, you may be qualified to work with us. The most important quality is that you love working with children. Some of our best educators have come from other fields, including customer service, healthcare, retail, and more!

If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• High School Diploma or GED


• 45 CDF Hours


• Associates Degree in Early Childhood Development / CDA Certified preferred


• 2-5 years prior experience working in a certified child development center


• Prior experience with the assigned age group.


• Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation


• Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone.


• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members, is required.


• The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.
