Job summary

The Goddard School of Skippack in Skippack, PA is seeking a Lead Teacher to join a collaborative team and help create a classroom where children feel safe, loved, challenged, and excited to learn.

You will support hands-on learning, build strong relationships with families, and foster holistic growth while maintaining a welcoming, organized space and assisting with daily routines and transitions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bachelor's Degree or CDA preferred.
• Experience working with young children in licensed childcare/preschool setting preferred.
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work well independently and with a team.
• Positive attitude with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds in care of children.
• Must complete all required state background clearances and licensing requirements.
