The Goddard School located at Saint Charles, IL is seeking a motivated and caring Toddler Assistant Teacher to join our team. You will support the Toddler Lead Teacher in implementing engaging lesson plans and help create a safe, nurturing learning environment for young children.

Requirements include a high school diploma and a compassionate approach. You’ll work in a collaborative setting with families and staff, promoting growth, development and positive interactions throughout the day.

• Assist in communicating with families about their child’s progress and daily activities.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations to ensure a secure environment.
• Support daily care routines and tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment.

Toddler Assistant Teacher Key Responsibilities:

• Must pass required state background checks and meet state minimum education, experience and credential requirements
