What We’re Looking For:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Toddler Teacher for our 2 1/2 year old room. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with young children and is committed to fostering curiosity, creativity, and independence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans and activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning.
  • Monitor and document children’s progress and developmental milestones.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/guardians about their child’s growth.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the classroom.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Adhere to state licensing requirements and maintain compliance with QA standards.
Qualifications:
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field (preferred).
  • Child Development Associate (CDA) credential (preferred).
  • 1-2 years of experience in an early childhood classroom (preferred).
  • Completion of state-required training.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with children, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to calmly address and resolve challenges while multitasking effectively.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed for child safety and emergencies.
