We aim to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can grow, learn, and explore their full potential. That's why we are committed to providing high-quality childcare services that focus on early education and social development. Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 an hour

Hours: 7:00 - 5:00 Monday - Friday ( 1 day off a week-same day every week).

World Of Knowledge Child Development Center Inc is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lead Toddler Teacher to join our team. As a Toddler Teacher, you will play a vital role in nurturing the minds of our young learners, fostering their growth and development in a safe and supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, focusing on cognitive, physical, and social-emotional development.
• Establish and maintain open communication with parents, ensuring transparency and addressing any concerns or questions.
• Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development opportunities.
• Adhere to all childcare center policies and regulations.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated knowledge of early childhood education and development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passionate about working with toddlers and providing quality care.
• Ability to create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
• At least 1 year of experience with working with toddlers.
• Have started or finished taking all the Early Learning Guidelines for Birth - 5 years.
