Job summary

Tiny Town Childcare & Learning Center in Ohio is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher who brings energy, warmth, and a love of learning to our curious toddlers. You will nurture development through play, songs, and hands-on activities, while maintaining a safe, welcoming classroom.

You will guide potty training, model social skills, and partner with families to support every child’s growth, all within Ohio licensing standards.

Qualifications

• Experience working with toddlers in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and actively play, sit on the floor, bend, and move throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Helping toddlers reach exciting milestones—including potty training with patience, encouragement, and plenty of high‑fives.
• Teaching important life skills like sharing, taking turns, expressing emotions, building friendships, and using kind words.
• Planning fun, hands‑on activities that encourage learning through play, exploration, music, art, movement, sensory experiences, and outdoor adventures.
• Creating a warm, welcoming classroom where every child feels seen, valued, and excited to learn.
• Celebrating every little victor from putting on their own shoes to using their words instead of their tears.
• Building meaningful relationships with families through daily communication and teamwork.
• Keeping your classroom clean, organized, safe, and compliant with Ohio licensing standards.

Pay: $15.00–$18.00 per hour (based on education & experience)

Schedule Options

• Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM


• Monday–Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
