Job summary

Imagination Station Learning Centers in Avon, IN is seeking a Lead Toddler Teacher to guide a busy, curious group of toddlers within our Rooted & Rising curriculum framework. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, with pay of $15-$17/hour based on experience and credentials.

You’ll lead your own toddler classroom, support growth in language and independence, mentor staff, and participate in family conversations, observations and assessments, with ongoing training provided.

Qualifications

• Toddler or preschool classroom experience, CDA/associate's or ECE degree preferred.
• Confident classroom management with a gentle, positive approach.
• Meet Indiana child care licensing requirements (background check, drug screen, health screening).
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to get certified (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Lead a toddler classroom using Rooted & Rising curriculum.
• Guide language, social-emotional growth and early independence (potty learning).
• Use positive guidance and consistent routines.
• Complete observations and developmental assessments, and hold family conversations.
• Mentor classroom support staff.

Toddlers are busy, curious and learning something new every minute. We need a Lead Toddler Teacher who loves that energy.

Imagination Station Learning Centers in Avon is dual-accredited by NAEYC and NECPA and has served families since 2012. You'll lead your own toddler classroom with a supportive team and a clear curriculum framework behind you.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Pay: $15-$17/hour, based on experience and credentials
