We offer full-time and part-time care for children aged from 6 weeks to 13 years, including before and after school programs and summer programs. We are hoping to expand our toddler classrooms and are looking for a reliable, trustworthy, and experienced candidate for this role.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Harrisburg, PA, for a Lead Toddler Room Teacher (1-2 years old). The Lead Toddler Room Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate lesson plans, supervising and engaging with toddlers in a nurturing environment, maintaining open communication with parents and caregivers, and collaborating with other staff to ensure a safe and constructive educational setting. The role also involves monitoring the progress and development of the children, ensuring the classroom is clean and organized, and applying best practices in early childhood education.
