Guidepost Montessori is hiring a Lead Toddler Guide to lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a carefully prepared Montessori environment. You will observe each child and support language, self-regulation, coordination, and confidence through individualized lessons and respectful guidance.

The role emphasizes leading routines, collaborating with a team, and building strong partnerships with families to support each child's growth and independence. Sponsored Montessori certification is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children 0–3 in group care or early learning settings.
• ECE credits are required.
• Aligned with child-led educational approaches (Montessori/Reggio Emilia).
• Sponsored Montessori diploma training available through our Institute.

Responsibilities

• Lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori environment.
• Observe and support each child's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Prepare and maintain an orderly, inviting classroom that fosters independence.
• Provide lessons in practical life skills, language, and grace and courtesy.
• Build warm relationships with children and families and communicate with parents.
• Lead routines and collaborate with staff to create a joyful, respectful community.
