Guidepost Montessori in Beaverton, OR is seeking a Lead Toddler Guide to lead a mixed-age toddler classroom in a Montessori environment designed for exploration and independence.

You will observe, plan individualized lessons, support language and self-regulation, and build strong relationships with children and families. This role includes sponsorship for Montessori certification and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Experience with children ages 0-3 in group care or early learning setting.
• Alignment with child-led educational approaches (Montessori, Reggio Emilia, or similar).
• ECE or Child Development credits required.
• Bachelor's degree in any field.

Responsibilities

• Observe each child closely to understand and support development.
• Prepare and maintain a beautiful, orderly classroom.
