Job summary
Arthrex in Naples, FL seeks a Senior Business Systems Analyst to primarily support the ADP/Workforce Software Time and Attendance system for North America. The Analyst will partner with HR to analyze, design, configure, test, and implement time management solutions, while providing ongoing technical support to HR and employees.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience required.
- Experience with ADP/Workforce Software time and attendance is required.
- Knowledge of SQL databases is a plus.
- Experience in supporting US workforce time management; Canada/Mexico preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide all-level and on-call coverage support.
- Requirements gathering, solution design, documentation, stakeholder engagement, and implementation.
- Shape business requirements by making recommendations and suggesting alternatives to proposed solutions.
- Participate in application analysis, configuration, testing, management, and maintenance in an Enterprise environment.
- Lead and/or participate in delivery of projects and testing activities.
- Ensure stability, integration, and integrity of production systems.
