Qualifications

• Five years tiling experience with at least two in a supervisory role.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Knowledge of tiling techniques, materials, tools and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage a team of tilers, delegating tasks and offering guidance.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and provide cost estimates.
• Plan and schedule tiling projects to meet deadlines and optimize resources.
• Inspect worksites to ensure safety and progress per plan.
• Train new employees on tiling techniques and company policies.
• Order materials within budget and conduct quality checks on finished work.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors for seamless project execution.
