Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Thin Film Lead to oversee the application of thin protective or decorative films on card backs, ensuring even coverage, proper adhesion, and consistent visual quality to meet production goals.

You will supervise Thin Film operators, adjust machine tension, alignment and temperature, perform quality checks, coordinate with Maintenance, and enforce safety, housekeeping, and workflow standards in a factory setting.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years experience with film or coating application.
• Familiar with plastic substrates and roll-fed machinery.
• Supervisory or lead experience preferred.
