Job summary

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a production associate to operate laminating machinery, feed sheets, and ensure quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You will inspect materials, document findings, and collaborate with teammates to maintain efficiency and safety while upholding standards for product quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-3 yrs previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in operating manufacturing machinery.
• Mechanical skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Feed thin plastic sheets to the machine efficiently.
• Guarantee that the material coming out of the machine is clean and according to quality standards.
• Check the material for problems or abnormalities and report them to their lead supervisor.
• Ability to work as a part of a team.
• Basic machine comprehension will be necessary.
• Maintaining cleanliness of the machine.
• Filling out paperwork and reports.
• Being able to differentiate different types of materials used.
• Being able to look efficiently for blemishes or abnormalities on the material.
• Inspect and adjust machine as necessary.

Role Summary

This position is the process where the plastic sheets are laminated with Foil prior to the sheets getting laminated with the backs.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Being able to feed a thin plastic sheet individually and efficiently to the machine
• Guarantee that the material coming out of the machine is clean and according to quality standards.
• Check the material for problems or abnormalities and report them to their lead supervisor
• Ability to work as a part of a team.
• Basic machine comprehension will be necessary
• Maintaining cleanliness of the machine.

OTHER FUNCTIONS

• Knowledge of machine operational procedures.
• Filling out paperwork and reports.
