  • Must reside near Fort Wayne, Merrillville, Indianapolis, Mishawaka or Southern Indiana (Clarksville)
  • Lead / support services for (IFCS) program for high mental health, behavioral and medical needs children
  • Clinical supervision and performance evaluations for staff, including hiring, training, and development
  • Creation / delivery of treatment plans, assessments and behavioral health services for youth and families.
  • Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to maintain relationships; timely and accurate documentation; on-call rotations; and attend required trainings, meetings and maintain professional development and licensure requirements

Qualifications Include

  • Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or other license eligible related human services field.
  • Master's level or provisional licensure and be under independent licensure supervision within the state
  • 2+ years of experience in mental health / therapeutic intervention with children, adolescents and families
  • Clinical supervision experience preferred
  • Experiences with best practice models of clinical application or family preservation services preferred
  • Valid driver’s license, satisfactory driving record and auto insurance for travel and occasional youth transport.
