What You'll Do:

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations based on MD orders.
• Document findings accurately and timely, following all guidelines.
• Develop a treatment plan with goals, frequency, duration, and modalities.
• Obtain MD orders for evaluations, treatments, recertifications, and discharges.
• Deliver treatment using appropriate modalities and modify as needed, adhering to precautions.

Qualifications:

• Graduated from an accredited university with a B.S., M.A., M.S., or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy recognized by AOTA.
• Recognized by NBCOT as a registered OTR (if required by state).
• Hold a current license and/or registration as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
