Encompass Health Lakeshore Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking a Therapy Team Leader to guide a clinical team while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will mentor therapists, supervise staff, and oversee treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes for patients.

The role emphasizes leadership, professional development, and maintaining high-quality rehabilitation services in a fast-paced, inpatient setting. A state license in PT/OT/SLP and CPR/BLS certification are required.

Qualifications

• Licensed PT/OT/SLP required.
• BLS/CPR certification required or to be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient evaluations and develop therapy treatments.
• Supervise therapists, assistants, and technicians.
• Administer skilled therapy and monitor patient response.
• Support staff development and performance management.
• Coordinate team tasks, paperwork, training, and schedules to achieve business goals.
