Bradford Health Services, LLC in Warrior, AL is seeking a Lead Therapist to provide clinical support at our Warrior campus. The role focuses on overseeing clinical services, staff supervision, and process improvements within a compassionate, evidence-based addiction treatment program.

The position requires a Master's in Behavioral Sciences, LCSW/LPC licensure, and at least two years in addictions treatment with supervisory experience. Strong communication and team leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences required.
• LCSW or LPC licensure required.
• Minimum two years experience in addictions treatment.
• Minimum one year in a supervisory role.
• Experience with special populations (e.g., Adult/YA/Adolescent).
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with the public.
• If recovering, three years of continuous sobriety.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the facility's clinical services.
• Identify ways to improve processes and elevate team performance facility-wide.
• Perform Performance Improvement Activities.
• Perform Counselor II and/or Clinical Coordinator's duties when necessary.
• Conduct staff meetings and clinical supervision.
• Provide training and orientation to new counselors.
• Model interdisciplinary teamwork and guide the team's practice.
• Integrate treatment philosophies with supervision processes.
• Complete annual performance reviews and competency ratings.
• Supervise and Direct Counselor Assistants and PSAs.

We are seeking a LeadTherapist to add to our dynamic team who can provide clinical support to our clients at our campus in Warrior, AL. Our campus provides a supportive, empathetic, and structured environment where individuals can safely address the root causes of their addiction and rediscover their true selves.

Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences
• LCSW or LPC licensure
• Minimum of two years experience in addictions treatment
• Minimum of one year in the field in a supervisor position
• Previous training and/or experience to demonstrate competency with a special population (e.g., Adult or Emerging Adult or Adolescent)
• Demonstrate excellent communication (written and verbal) skills required
• Comfortable working with the public
• If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable sobriety

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with group therapy and family therapy modalities
• Specialized training or certification in anger management or life transitions counseling
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
• Experience in a healthcare or community mental health setting
• Bilingual abilities or experience working with culturally diverse populations
